Appointment Policy

Scheduling Appointments

• Appointments can be scheduled online through our patient portal, by phone, or in person
• We recommend scheduling routine appointments at least 2 weeks in advance
• Same-day appointments are available for urgent medical needs
• Telemedicine appointments are available for appropriate conditions

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations
• Cancellations can be made online, by phone, or through our patient portal
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

No-Show Policy

• Patients who fail to show up for scheduled appointments without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee
• No-show fees are $50 for routine appointments and $100 for specialist consultations
• Repeated no-shows may result in dismissal from the practice
• No-show fees are not covered by insurance and are the patient's responsibility
